I WANT TO ORDER ONLINE. WHEN WILL IT BE READY?

Place your order on line. INCLUDE YOUR CHILD'S NAME ON THE ORDER. Be sure to choose the correct sizes for your child.

YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED BY EMAIL or TEXT  WITH A PICK UP TAG # when your packed order is ready for inspection and pickup. Online orders are picked up Mondays at:

217 Brookbanks, East Over Flow Parking Lot,  Door # 5, Toronto, ON M3A 2T7.

When picking up your online order bring your child with you at that time.

During pickup of your online order we check your ordered items with you to be sure all is sized correctly for your child. Exchanges are made at that time. 

We will do our best to fulfill your entire order at the time of purchase, however, due to international shipping challenges, an item maybe delayed.

We will notify you of a delayed/ or back ordered item and when it is ready for pick up.

ON THE ORDER? 

Be sure you have input accurate contact information when placing your order along with your child’s full name and grade.

WHAT IF I AM BUYING FOR AN INTERNATIONAL STUDENT?

International Parents:  provide a Canadian contact number or email address so we can notify you or care givers to pickup your uniform order in time for school. 

You will be notified by text, or email as soon as your order has been picked and packed.

Email or phone orders are not accepted.

Due to volume of orders in September and October, expect  lineups on Monday at the uniform shop.  

HOW DO I DETERMINE MY CHILD’S UNIFORM SIZE?

Measurements for each article of clothing is posted next to the uniform picture online.

Please measure your child accurately and compare with the uniform clothing measurements online.

Please use a fabric tape measure for this task.

DO NOT GUESS your child’s measurements. 
Guessing = wrong size selection

ONLINE ORDER DETAILS TO ENSURE CORRECT SIZE SELECTION. 

When checking out online, please note your child’s name and grade, and enter it on the 'address 2' line of your order personal info. 

This is important as we review your online order with your child’s grade as a 'guideline', not a science, to be sure you have not made an error
ie. you selected a men’s pant vs a Junior pant size for your Gr.1 sweetie. 

We do not know your child’s size by grade. All kids are unique!

Please note: online orders are ready for pick up when you receive a TAG# . We do not ship to your address. 

I WANT TO EXCHANGE AND/OR RETURN A CLOTHING ITEM.

No problem! Just a few rules.

Returns and exchanges are accepted with a receipt of purchase. within 60 days of purchase. 

When shopping in person or online, take a picture of the receipt on your cell for secure record keeping, 

Clothing to be exchanged or returned 

• Must be never worn.

• Not washed, not dry cleansed.

• Not a altered in any manner.
